Wave Pool
Surfboards
With a long history of surfing wave pools dating back to the WSL World Inland Surfing Championships at Dorney Park, Pennsylvania, I’ve remained committed to developing boards specifically tuned for artificial waves.
Early on, the main challenges were clear: limited wave power and reduced flotation in freshwater. The solution was float-forward EPS/Epoxy construction, which makes catching waves significantly easier. Over the years, I’ve refined this approach through my CEPX construction — combining EPS/Epoxy with unidirectional carbon stringers for enhanced buoyancy, responsiveness, and snap. I also reinforce the nose, tail, and fin clusters to handle the “wear and tear” that comes with wave pool environments.
More recently, I’ve been working with experienced surfers who prioritize flow, barrels, and momentum over points or clips. For them, I design mid-length poly boards with strategic reinforcement that deliver smooth glide and effortless roll-in takeoffs — qualities mature surfers truly appreciate.
I’m not claiming aerospace-level materials or overhyped tech — just thoughtfully built, high-quality boards designed for your style, your needs, and the unique demands of cement-lined waves. With wave pool sessions often averaging around $10 a wave, every ride matters. My boards are built to make each one count.
