The “6” is one of the most unique and highest-performing designs in the Sollife lineup. Refined over more than 30 years of shaping, this model proves that true speed doesn’t always come from lighter boards—it comes from better design.

Featuring six deep channels running through the tail, the “6” is built to generate incredible speed, drive, projection, and hold when the waves become serious. From powerful beach breaks to lined-up points and hollow reef passes, this board comes alive when pushed hard, rewarding committed surfers with exceptional control and acceleration through every turn.

Unlike many modern surfboards designed for ease of production, the “6” demands countless extra hours in the shaping bay. Every channel is individually shaped, glassed, and sanded by hand, making it one of the most labour-intensive boards in the range. The result is a board that delivers uncompromising performance where it matters most.

Available from 5’10” to 6’6” in poly construction only, with a choice of round or swallow tail and a three-fin thruster setup.

To achieve the precise fin placement and cant angles around which this design was developed, the “6” is available exclusively with the FCS I two-plug fin system. A lightweight custom fin set is supplied and specifically selected to complement the board’s performance.
